The face behind it all! With an MBA in international management, experience as a former deputy, the former president of the Rotary Club in McMinnville, a veteran army ranger, and a weekly guest singer in a local band, Chuck is a man of many talents and experiences. His history in insurance is extensive (check out “Our History” for more) and he’s ready to put his expertise in life and business insurance to good use for you! He’s always willing to talk to people, and loves to empower people to make informed decisions about any policy they’re considering. 

Our key office manager Bianca is a Linfield graduate and foodie with a strong love of Netflix binging and reading (specifically psychological thrillers). Energetic and eager to help, she loves getting to know clients and forming a personal agent-client relationship with them. Whether it's on the phone or here in the office, she has a strong focus on client communication and education and is always prepared to walk you through the details of her specialties in auto and home insurance to ensure you make the best decision for you!

Our marketing expert with a passion for creativity and communication! A marketing student at Linfield University and a member of the swim team, Chloe brings her determination and team spirit to everything she does. Originally from Redding, CA, she’s always eager to connect with people and help share our message in exciting new ways. When she’s not studying or swimming, Chloe enjoys exploring new ideas, staying active, and spending time with friends. Whether it’s creating impactful campaigns or brainstorming fresh ideas, Chloe is always ready to make a splash!
